Techinstro offers high-efficiency glass & sheet coatings used in industrial, commercial, and optoelectronic applications. The coatings are applied with aid of electron beam and ion-assisted electron beam deposition which controls reflectance, transmittance, absorbance and resistance.

Our team of expert engineers, familiar with state-of-the-art tools are equipped to deliver coatings that match clients’ smallest specification. These patterns may range from Indium Tin Oxide & Index-Matched Indium Tin Oxide coatings to patterned optics & Anti-Reflective & anti-glare glasses.

We deliver coatings and components from 200nm to 30 microns; from the ultraviolet to the infrared. Besides this, you can also get thin film optical coating products including front and back surface mirrors, diachronic filters, band-pass colour filters, beam splitters, Anti-reflective, precision hot mirrors, cold mirrors, metal coatings, neutral density filters, IR and UV filters etc.

We’ve adopted high-end techniques like shadow masking, photolithography printed etching etc. to create a patterned coating. Shadow masking is a lower cost technique that provides for feature size as well as small size features to 0.030; in photolithography feature, it is possible to create them in sizes from 4µm to 30µm depending on the requirement of the coating type; printed etching is used for achieving feature sizes to the precision of 0.025″.

Our design and manufacturing engineers’ team work in tandem to create designs for each specific application. They use advanced computer software to ensure design accuracy.
