SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping:

Various service guarantees may withdraw in the event of natural calamities & disasters.

Orders shipped within 1-2 business days. We world best courier service i.e. DHL Express, TNT, and FEDEX Express offer on time and Fast shipping option. Clients receive regular shipping and parcel positioning feedback. Also note that all of the quoted transit periods are considered as business days that exclude weekends, and national holidays, etc.

The client will be charged as per quantity of packing order shipped.  We do not ship orders to certain locations known for slow-downs or issues. Therefore customers are requested to check out with us before placing an order.

Once orders shipped from here, you will be able to keep track the progress as we’ll keep you stage-wise posted via email or SMS

Shipping insurance is the prerogative of customer and s/he will bear premium charges. We will arrange for it while sending consignment.

International Shipping

Customer has to bear VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by recipient country for importing goods.  As we may not know all the rules and documentary procedures of your country, we request you to find out all relevant details before placing an order with us. Failing which customer will bear the cost arising from such a transaction.

International customers may also note that wire transfer fee will be borne by you.

The client will take a call and bear the cost with regard to the type of shipping – regular or premium, insurance etc.

Returns

To discuss the return of order customer may contact us via a contact form or email us at [email protected]. We will accept returns of unopened packets and products within 30 days of receipt of the consignment (for international orders, 15 days from shipment).

All returns if accepted are credited as store credit upon receipt for international orders or for PayPal/Credit card orders after 15 days of payment. Please note a Return Fee or Order Cancellation Charges as agreed will be deducted. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless product arrives in damaged or defective condition. Customers are requested to get in touch with us before returning order. For any other issue, we will do our best to sort out as amicably as we can. We would do everything within our means to retain and keep clients happy.
